To provide excellent individualized health and community services to persons with
intellectual disability, mental health and related conditions. To help them achieve optimum level of
independence as much as possible and live a fulfilled community life.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
N2 Care Services provides quality community based living alternatives and programs
for persons with intellectual, developmental, mental health and other related conditions.

Our HCS & TXHML and HCBS-AMH programs and arrays of services are individualized to meet the
needs of the consumer. All services are provided in strict adherence with state rules,
regulations and principles. Enrollment and services are provided based on eligibility
without regard to race, origin, age, sex, level of care or need.
OUR UNIQNESS
- N2 Care Services is dedicated to provide excellent and personalized care to persons with intellectual disability, mental health and other related conditions through its HCS/TXHML and HCBS-AMH program services.
- N2 Care Services have well qualified and trained staff experienced and knowledgeable in caring for persons with intellectual disability, mental health and other related conditions.
- N2 Care Services HCS/TXHML and HCBS-AMH program provides individualized care based on the individual needs, goals and abilities through assessments.
- N2 Care Services encourages the input, participation and support of interested local authorized representative (LAR)/family members in the care of their loved ones.
- N2 Care Services continuously provides periodic in-service trainings to its staff to meet the required and changing needs of our clients.
- N2 Care Services contracts with experienced and well qualified independent professionals to deliver excellent community services.
- N2 Care Services provides and sponsors fun packed community outings. We ensure our homes are tastefully furnished and located in quiet neighborhoods.
